The posting

1.Обеспечивать составление рациональных графиков работы и осуществлять правильную расстановку среднего и младшего медицинского персонала. 2.Проводить инструктаж принимаемых на работу средних и младших медицинских работников по охране труда и технике безопасности, по противопожарной безопасности, а также знакомить их с должностными инструкциями и другими обязательными документами. 3.Осуществлять систематический контроль за своевременным и качественным выполнением медицинскими сёстрами лечебных и диагностических назначений врача. 4. Своевременно осуществлять перестановку медицинских сестёр, замещая внезапно заболевших или не вышедших на работу. 5.Непосредственно руководить работой медсестёр процедурных кабинетов. 6.Составлять графики и табеля работы среднего и младшего медицинского персонала в установленный срок. 7.Контролировать работу приёмно-карантинного отделения, проведения санитарной обработки вновь поступающих проживающим. 8.Обеспечивать своевременную выписку, правильный учёт, распределение и использование медицинского инструментария, бактериальных препаратов, перевязочного материала, бланков специального учёта. 9. Нести ответственность за учет, хранение и использование лекарственных средств в учреждении. 10.Контролировать регулярность проведения планового технического контроля и текущего ремонта медицинской аппаратуры. 11.Вести списочный учёт всех контрольно-измерительных приборов с указанием сроков госпроверки, по истечению которых направлять эти приборы на госпроверку (тонометры, манометры, весы и т.д.) или вызывать для этой цели в поликлинику работников метрологической службы. 12.Проводить комиссионно списание неисправных, не подлежащих ремонту по износу приборов, аппаратов и инструментов. 13.Вести строгий списочный учёт всех материальных ценностей, находящихся на её ответственности, хранить в сейфе спирт и бланки специального учёта, обеспечить помещения, где хранятся материальные ценности, медикаменты, охранной сигнализацией. 14.Ежедневно проводить обход Центра, контролируя соблюдение санитарно-противоэпидемического режима, соблюдение трудовой дисциплины средним медицинским персоналом, подготовку медицинскими сёстрами рабочих мест. 15.Не реже одного раза в месяц контролировать соблюдение средним медицинским персоналом асептики и антисептики, ведение документации, расклейку бланков с результатами лабораторных исследований, хранение по отделениям спирта, медикаментов, перевязочных средств, инструментария, химических реактивов, бланков специального учёта.
