Организовывать прием документов по приходу и расходу всех видов материальных ценностей. Проверять полноту и обоснованность составления принимаемых документов. Обеспечивать записи операций по соответствующим книгам (карточкам) аналитического учета основных средств, малоценных и быстроизнашивающихся предметов, материалов. Контролировать ведение инвентарных карточек по учету основных средств и составляет их описи. Сверять данные аналитического учета с данными складского учета у материально ответственных лиц. Обеспечивать составление оборотных ведомостей. Участвовать в инвентаризации и списании товарно-материальных ценностей. Составлять инвентаризационные описи. Организовывать прием авансовых отчетов от подотчетных лиц по выдаваемым им авансам на хозяйственные нужды, командировочные расходы. Проверять правильность оформления документов и расходования средств по назначению. Осуществлять взаимодействие с функциональными отделами и подразделениями организации по вопросам бухгалтерского учета. Оказывать методическую помощь работникам подразделений организации по вопросам оформления первичных учетных документов. Участвовать в составлении договоров с материально ответственными лицами. Составлять установленную отчетность. Оказывать методическую помощь сотрудникам подразделений организации по вопросам бухгалтерского учета, контроля, отчетности и экономического анализа Следить за сохранностью документов бухгалтерского учета и за организацией хранения документов бухгалтерского учета. Выезжать в служебные командировки в связи с производственной необходимостью

Должен знать: Порядок документального оформления и отражения на счетах бухучёта операций с ОС и ТМЦ; План счетов и корреспонденцию,организацию документооборота по этим участкам; Правила проведения инвентаризаций; финансовое и хозяйственное законодательство; Программа 1С БГУ.
