Амбулаторный прием и диагностика: Сбор жалоб и анамнеза, визуальный осмотр кожи, слизистых оболочек, волос и ногтей (в том числе с помощью дерматоскопа), пальпация лимфоузлов и суставов. Дифференциальная диагностика: Постановка предварительного диагноза, составление плана лабораторных исследований, взятие биологического материала (соскобы, мазки) и биоптатов кожи для анализов. Лечение: Назначение и проведение терапии кожных заболеваний (дерматозы, микозы, псориаз), доброкачественных новообразований, инфекций, передаваемых половым путем (ИППП), и их осложнений. Экспертиза нетрудоспособности: Определение признаков временной нетрудоспособности и оформление больничных листов. Диспансеризация: Выявление пациентов, нуждающихся в диспансерном наблюдении, определение групп здоровья, проведение плановых осмотров и контроль эффективности лечения хронических больных. Противоэпидемическая работа: При выявлении заразных кожных или венерических заболеваний проведение работы с контактными лицами, отправка экстренных извещений в Роспотребнадзор (СЭС) и организация профилактических мероприятий. Санитарно-просветительная работа: Консультирование населения по вопросам личной гигиены, профилактики ИППП и кожных заболеваний.

Максимальная тактичность и соблюдение врачебной тайны. В сельской местности высок риск стигматизации пациентов. Врач должен обладать безупречной этикой, чтобы сохранить конфиденциальность диагноза и не допустить распространения слухов, которые могут разрушить репутацию пациента. Развитые коммуникативные навыки и умение убеждать. Пациенты в селе часто занимаются самолечением по советам знакомых или используют народные средства. Врачу необходимо терпеливо и доступно объяснять опасность таких методов, убеждать в необходимости анализов и строгом соблюдении схемы лечения. Психологическая устойчивость и стрессоустойчивость. Работа связана с необходимостью сообщать тяжелые диагнозы (например, хронические дерматозы или положительные анализы на инфекции) и сталкиваться с агрессией или отрицанием со стороны пациентов. Внимательность к деталям и наблюдательность. Диагностика многих дерматозов строится на визуальной оценке мелких элементов сыпи. В условиях отсутствия сложной аппаратуры (например, дерматоскопа в каждом кабинете) острота зрения и умение подмечать детали становятся критически важными. Терпение. Лечение хронических кожных заболеваний (псориаз, экзема) это длительный процесс. Врачу нужно быть готовым к тому, что пациенты будут ждать мгновенного результата, и уметь объяснять необходимость длительной терапии.
