Контроль выполнения соглашений об исполнении схем теплоснабжения муниципальных образований. Подготовка проектов дополнительных соглашений к соглашениям об исполнении схем теплоснабжения муниципальных образований; Формирование ежегодного отчета о выполнении соглашений об исполнении схем теплоснабжения муниципальных образований; Участие в подготовке информации об инвестиционных мероприятиях в ценовых зонах теплоснабжения для включения в схемы теплоснабжения; Формирование план-графиков ключевых мероприятий (в т.ч. инвестиционных мероприятий) по проекту осуществления деятельности в ценовых зонах теплоснабжения, отчетов по выполнению план-графиков. Формирование отчетов о достижении ключевых показателей, отражающих результаты внедрения целевой модели рынка тепловой энергии и целевых показателей реализации схемы теплоснабжения, подлежащих достижению каждой единой теплоснабжающей организацией. Участие в работе по разработке и актуализации со схем теплоснабжения муниципальных образований, отнесенных к ценовым зонам теплоснабжения. Участие в построении финансово-экономических моделей в части расчета выручки, тарифных и бюджетных последствий на территориях, отнесенных к ценовой зоне теплоснабжения. Оценка их влияния на рост платы граждан и на бюджет муниципальных образований. Подготовка предложений по ценообразованию в муниципальных образованиях, отнесенных к ценовым зонам теплоснабжения. Подготовка презентационных материалов по ценовым зонам теплоснабжения.
