Осуществлять общее руководство работой отделения милосердия и отделения социальной помощи, подбор и обучение сотрудников, обеспечивать надлежащие условия труда, реализацию прав сотрудников, установленных действующим законодательством, контроль за выполнением задач, возлагаемых на отделение. Уметь разрабатывать индивидуальную программу предоставления социальных услуг для получателей социальных услуг (далее ПСУ). Организовывать социальное сопровождение, в случае необходимости, для ПСУ. Обеспечивать координацию деятельности специалистов в решении актуальных задач социального обслуживания. Вносить предложения по совершенствованию форм и методов обслуживания. Ежеквартально осуществлять планирование работы отделения на год, квартал и составлять индивидуальный план работы на месяц. Предоставлять необходимую информацию, отчеты в вышестоящие органы в пределах своей компетенции. Осуществлять консультирование ПСУ в рамках компетенции организации в доступной форме, предотвращать возможные конфликтные ситуации. Оказывать методическую помощь, сотрудникам отделения. Проводить регулярный контроль над объемом и качеством предоставляемых отделением услуг. Готовить документацию и оказывать методическую помощь комиссии по проведению аттестации и работникам при подготовке к аттестации. Осуществлять учет получателей социальных услуг и оказанных социальных услуг в автоматизированных программах.
