- Ведет учет земель, находящихся в черте населенных пунктов; - Проводит анализ и мониторинг базы данных собственников и пользователей имущества и земельных участков поселения; - Ведет контроль за санитарным состоянием населенных пунктов; - Принимает граждан по личным вопросам; - Оформляет протоколы об административных правонарушениях в пределах соей компетенции - Подготавливает справки о правах на земельные участки, зарегистрированных в сельском поселении. - Представляет отчетность в земельный комитет и комитет по управлению имуществом района об изменениях в составе земель, находящихся в пользовании, собственности, аренде. - Контролирует эффективность использования арендной земли. - Контролирует использование земельных участков в соответствии с их целевым назначением. - Ведет учет объектов торговли, общественного питания и бытового обслуживания. - Ведет учет движения и состояния жилищного фонда населенных пунктов. - Контролирует благоустройство населенных пунктов и соблюдение требований архитектуры для индивидуальных застройщиков. - Решает спорные вопросы по имущественным отношениям в пределах своей компетенции. - Готовит проекты постановлений и распоряжений, касающихся имущественных отношений. - Контролирует соблюдение правил охраны природы субъектами хозяйственной деятельности на подведомственной территории. - Ведет списки арендаторов и контролирует поступление арендной платы. - Готовит ответы на запросы государственных органов, органов местного самоуправления, должностных лиц по вопросам, относящимся к своей компетенции. - Участвует в обеспечении доступа к информации о деятельности Администрации Победенского сельского поселения в соответствии со своей компетенцией. - В соответствии со своей компетенцией выполняет другие обязанности, а также поручения главы Администрации Победенского сельского поселения.
