Отбор и распределение проб между лабораториями в рамках внутрипроизводственного контроль качества; Проведение испытаний объектов контроля (герметичность, истираемость, распадаемость, средняя масса, высота и диаметр таблетки, прочность, ph, электропроводность); Микробиологический мониторинг чистых помещений и персонала; Отбор проб технологических сред (сжатые газы, ВО, ВДИ, чистый пар); Входной контроль печатных и упаковочных материалов; Внутрипроизводственный контроль технологических стадий маркировки и упаковки ГП; Оформление аналитических листов с результатами испытаний образцов, предъявленных на контроль в ГПК; Контроль состояния и подготовка к работе оборудования ГПК; Ведение журналов, подготовка отчетности; Проверка макетов упаковочных и печатных материалов; Принятие участия в работе по выявлению и анализу причин возникновения несоответствий. Принятие участия в квалификации оборудования ГПК; Работа в электронной программе 1С, ERP.

среднее профессиональное образование (химическое, фармацевтическое); высшее образование (химическое, фармацевтическое, биохимическое, химико-технологическое); Знание нормативной документации GMP, ИСО, ГФ; Желаемый опыт работы на фармацевтическом предприятии от 1 года.
