Исходя из задач и функций органа местного самоуправления, на контролера-ревизора возлагаются следующие должностные обязанности: Осуществлять контроль в сфере закупок в отношении заказчиков, контрактных служб, контрактных управляющих, комиссий по осуществлению закупок и их членов уполномоченных уч реждений путем проведения плановых и внеплановых проверок; Рассмотрение жалоб и обращений участников закупки; В соответствии с п.25 ч.1 ст.93 Федерального закона от 05 апреля 2013 года № 44-ФЗ О контрактной системе в сфере закупок товаров, работ, услуг для обеспечения государственных и муниципальных нужд согласовывать решения заказчика об осуществлении закупки у единственного поставщика (подрядчика, исполнителя); В соответствии со ст. 100 Федерального закона от 05 апреля 2013 года № 44-ФЗ О контрактной системе в сфере закупок товаров, работ, услуг для обеспечения государственных и муниципальных нужд осуществлять ведомственный контроль в сфере закупок в отношении подведомственных Администрации Кожевниковского района заказчиков; Осуществление внутреннего финансового контроля в соответствии со ст.269.2 Бюджетного кодекса Российской Федерации; Выставлять информацию на официальном сайте единой информационной системы в сфере закупок в сети Интернет; Выставлять информацию на официальном сайте органов местного самоуправления по вопросам деятельности органа.

Контролер-ревизор должен обладать иными знаниями: 1) понятие стратегии, целей функционирования Администрации Кожевниковского района; 2) права, обязанности муниципальных служащих; 3) ответственность за несоблюдение ограничений и запретов на муниципальной службе; 4) понятия коррупции и конфликта интересов; 5) основные меры по противодействию коррупции на муниципальной службе. 2.2.3. Контролер-ревизор должен обладать следующими умениями, которые необходимы для исполнения должностных обязанностей в соответствующей области деятельности и по виду деятельности: 1) организации и обеспечения выполнения поставленных задач; 2) квалифицированного планирования работы, подготовки служебных документов, анализа и прогнозирования последствий подготавливаемых решений; 3)делового общения, ведения делопроизводства; 4)составления делового письма; 5)сбора и систематизации актуальной информации в установленной сфере деятельности, применения компьютерной и другой оргтехники; работы: с внутренними и периферийными устройствами компьютера, на официальном сайте единой информационной системы в сети Интернет, в информационно правовой системе Консультант; управления электронной почтой.
