The posting

o проведение противопожарных инструктажей; o инициирование и подготовка предложений по разработке и реализации мер пожарной безопасности на объектах защиты, в том числе по подготовке проектов локальных нормативных актов по пожарной безопасности; o организация силами специализированных организаций своевременного технического обслуживания средств противопожарной защиты в соответствии с требованиями нормативной документации и паспортами (инструкциями) предприятий-изготовителей;организация ведения эксплуатационной документации на средства противопожарной защиты (паспорта на системы, проектные материалы, журналы регистрации работ по техническому обслуживанию и ремонту, схемы принципиальные и исполнительные, акты испытаний и т.п.); o обеспечение контроля за своевременным предъявлением рекламаций предприятиям-изготовителям по качеству оборудования и элементов средств противопожарной защиты; o обеспечение учета всех имеющихся на объекте защиты СИЗОД; o взаимодействие со специализированной организацией по вопросам обеспечения технического обслуживания и ремонта лифтового оборудования; o обеспечение учета введенных в эксплуатацию лифтов в органе государственного контроля; o обеспечение освидетельствования лифтов и грузоподъемных механизмов в период назначенного срока службы, а также обследования лифтов и грузоподъемных механизмов, отслужившего назначенный срок.

Должен знать: законодательство Российской Федерации по вопросам пожарной безопасности, охраны труда, экологической безопасности, гражданской обороны и защиты от чрезвычайных ситуаций; общие технические характеристики систем жизнеобеспечения объектов недвижимости; конструктивные особенности оборудования систем жизнеобеспечения; НПА и нормативно-техническую документацию устанавливающие требования к безопасной эксплуатации лифтов, порядок оценки соответствия лифта (лифтов) перед вводом в эксплуатацию, при эксплуатации, а также оценки соответствия лифта, отработавшего назначенный срок службы.
