Участие в планировании, организации и совершенствовании деятельности службы документационного обеспечения управления, осуществление контроля за состоянием делопроизводства. Обеспечение соответствующего режима доступа работникам отдела Управления Департамента к документам и использования информации, содержащейся в них. Участие в разработке унифицированных систем документации и табелей документов различного назначения и уровня управления, классификаторов документной информации. Ведение делопроизводства. Прием и регистрация входящей (исходящей) корреспонденции, в том числе поступающих на электронную почту, ее передача работникам отдела Управления Департамента и направление в структурные подразделения, другие учреждения города в соответствии с резолюцией руководителя. Контроль сроков исполнения входящей (исходящей) корреспонденции. Выполнение операций с применением системы электронного документооборота. Создание шаблонов документов для размещения в системах электронного документооборота. Организация внедрения систем ведения электронного документооборота. Организация работы по регистрации, учету, хранению документов текущей деятельности (приказы, распоряжения, решения и т.п.). Организационное обеспечение деятельности руководителя отдела Управления Департамента (организация подготовки заседаний и совещаний, сбор необходимых материалов, направление и контроль исполнения документов, техническая подготовка документов, сбор информации для отчетности). Ведение протоколов заседаний и совещаний, направление и контроль исполнения протоколов и решений, принятых на заседаниях и совещаниях, техническая подготовка документов, сбор информации для отчетности. Контроль сроков исполнения протоколов и решений заседаний и совещаний. Осуществление записи полученной устной информации в отсутствии руководителя отдела Управления Департамента, доведение содержания полученной информации до руководителя отдела Управления Департамента Организация подготовки документов и материалов, необходимых руководителю отдела Управления Департамента; организация проведения телефонных переговоров руководителя отдела Управления Департамента; прием посетителей (осуществляет запись граждан (представителей юридических лиц) на прием к руководителю отдела Управления Департамента.

Высшее профессиональное образование (бакалавриат), либо высшее образование и дополнительное профессиональное образование - программы профессиональной переподготовки по профилю деятельности, без предъявления требований к стажу работы. Знание программы СЭД "Дело". Квотируемое рабочее место для членов семей участников специальной военной операции.
