Мы консультируем пользователей в чате и по телефону и отвечаем за оперативное решение любых вопросов, связанных с услугами компании. Тем, кто уже работает у нас, нравятся понятные задачи и рабочая атмосфера: коллеги готовы помочь, а наставники — подсказать. Что мы ждем от кандидата: Умение легко устанавливать контакт с новыми людьми; Умение ориентироваться в потоке информации; Грамотная устная и письменная речь. Будет здорово, если есть опыт работы с клиентами в больших компаниях, например, в Яндекс, Сбербанк, Тинькофф, Билайн, Мегафон. Но это необязательно, мы готовы взять новичков.
