- организует работу по популяризации физической культуры и спорта среди различных групп населения, в том числе среди инвалидов, лиц с ограниченными возможностями здоровья; - участвует в организации и проведении массовых спортивных мероприятий на территории Междуреченского муниципального округа (окружных, областных, межрегиональных); - участвует в организации работы спортивно-оздоровительных лагерей, учебно-тренировочных сборов для детей и подростков; - обеспечивает организационную и методическую поддержку программ спортивных общественных объединений и клубов в области физкультуры и спорта; - участвует в обеспечении подготовки спортивного резерва для спортивных сборных команд округа, области, создании условий для подготовки спортивных сборных команд округа, утверждении порядка формирования и обеспечения таких команд, направлении их для участия в межмуниципальных и региональных спортивных соревнованиях; - разрабатывает проекты муниципальных правовых актов округа по сфере деятельности Комитета; -осуществляет постоянную деловую связь со средствами массовой информации по пропаганде здорового образа жизни и освещению спортивных достижений жителей округа; - своевременно рассматривает предложения, заявления, жалобы граждан в курируемой сфере, принимает необходимые меры по устранению недостатков в деятельности подведомственных учреждений; - и т.д.

Ведение деловых переговоров, работа по взаимосвязи с другими ведомствами, организациями, гражданами; коммуникабельность; работа в информационно-коммуникационной сети Интернет, работа в операционной системе, управление электронной почтой, работа в текстовом редакторе, работа с электронными таблицами, работа с базами данных, работа с системами управления проектами.
