Обеспечивает правильную техническую эксплуатацию, бесперебойную работу электронного оборудования, компьютерной сети и сети интернет. Осуществляет подготовку компьютеров, компьютерной сети и сети интернет к работе, технический осмотр отдельных устройств и узлов, контролирует параметры и надежность электронных элементов оборудования, проводит тестовые проверки с целью своевременного обнаружения неисправностей и устраняет их. Производит наладку элементов и блоков электронных вычислительных машин радиоэлектронной аппаратуры, компьютерной сети и сети интернет, их отдельных устройств и узлов. Организует техническое обслуживание электронной техники, компьютерной сети и сети интернет, обеспечивает её работоспособное состояние, рациональное её использование, проведение профилактического и текущего ремонта. Осуществляет контроль проведения ремонта и последующих испытаний оборудования, контроль соблюдения инструкций по эксплуатации, уходу за ним. Участвует в проверке технического состояния электронного оборудования, проведении профилактических осмотров, текущего ремонта и приемке оборудования из капитального ремонта, также приемке и освоении вновь вводимого в эксплуатацию оборудованию. Изучает возможность подключения дополнительных внешних устройств к электронно-вычислительным машинам с целью расширения их технических возможностей и осуществляет его. Ведет учет и анализ показателей использования оборудования и расходных материалов, изучает режимы работы и условия его эксплуатации, разрабатывает нормативные мероприятия по эксплуатации и техническому обслуживанию электронного оборудования. Составляет заявки на приобретение оборудования и запасных частей, техническую документацию на ремонт, отчеты о работе. Своевременно осуществляет планирование и освоение средств на приобретение материальных запасов, основных средств и прочих работ, и услуг. Несет ответственность за сохранность документов и конфиденциальной информации, полученных при исполнении должностных обязанностей, информации конфиденциального характера, в том числе персональные данные сотрудников или клиентов, он обязуется не распространять конфиденциальную информацию третьим лицам, за исключением случаев регламентированных действующим законодательством РФ.
