3.1. Принимает участие: - в решении вопросов о внесении в проекты изменений в связи с внедрением более прогрессивных технологических процессов, объемно-планировочных и конструктивных решений, обеспечивающих снижение стоимости и улучшение технико-экономических показателей объектов строительства и реконструкции; - в рассмотрении и согласовании возникающих в ходе строительства изменений проектных решений; - в работе комиссий по приемке строительных объектов, объемов строительно-ремонтных работ и сдаче их в эксплуатацию. 3.2. Разрабатывает перспективные и текущие планы (графики), следит за выполнением утвержденных планов (графиков). 3.3. Составляет дефектные ведомости, а также иные технические документы (в том числе сметы); 3.4. Осуществляет технический надзор за выполнением строительно-монтажных, строительно-ремонтных работ и приемку законченных объектов от подрядных организаций от лица заказчика. 3.5. Следит за ходом выполнения планов капитального строительства и капитального ремонта, соответствие объемов, сроков и качества строительно-монтажных и строительно-ремонтных работ, а также качества применяемых материалов, изделий, конструкций, утвержденной проектно-сметной документации, рабочим чертежам, строительным нормам и правилам, стандартам, техническим условиям, нормам охраны труда. 3.6. Оперативно решает вопросы по замене при необходимости материалов, изделий, конструкций при условии, что качество строительных, ремонтных работ не будет снижено. 3.7. Осуществляет техническую приемку законченных строительно-монтажных, строительно-ремонтных работ и объектов, оформляет необходимую техническую документацию. 3.8. Контролирует качество устранения строительными организациями недоделок, дефектов в установленные комиссией сроки. 3.9. Ведет учет законченных строительно-монтажных, строительно-ремонтных работ и подготавливает необходимые данные для того чтобы составить отчетность о выполнении планов капитального строительства и капитального ремонта. 4.0. Изучает причины, вызывающие срывы сроков и ухудшение качества строительно-монтажных, строительно-ремонтных работ, после чего принимает меры по их предупреждению и устранению.

Осуществление: - составление технических заданий (описание объектов закупок); - технического надзора за выполнением строительно-монтажных и строительно-ремонтных работ; - контроля за ходом выполнения планов капитального строительства, ремонта; - контроля за качеством строительно-монтажных и строительно-ремонтных работ, а также качеством применяемых материалов, изделий, конструкций. 2.2. Приемка законченных объектов капитального строительства. 2.3. Принятие участия в работе комиссий по приемке строительных объектов и сдаче их в эксплуатацию. 2.4. Взаимодействие с представителями сторонних организаций по вопросам, входящим в его компетенцию. 2.5. Представление установленной отчетности. 2.6. Обеспечение соблюдения требований инструкций, правил и норм охраны труда при выполнении строительно-монтажных и строительно-ремонтных работ.
