The posting

Проводить амбулаторный приём пациентов с заболеваниями и состояниями мочеполовой системы. Разрабатывать план лечения с учётом диагноза, возраста, клинической картины в соответствии с клиническими рекомендациями и стандартами медицинской помощи. Назначать медикаментозную терапию (антибактериальную, противовоспалительную, гормональную, спазмолитическую, фитотерапию), физиотерапевтические процедуры, лечебную физкультуру. Выполнять амбулаторные манипуляции и малые хирургические вмешательства: катетеризация мочевого пузыря (в том числе постоянным катетером); пункционная биопсия предстательной железы (под контролем УЗИ); бужирование уретры; массаж предстательной железы (для получения секрета и в лечебных целях); инстилляции мочевого пузыря и уретры; промывание мочевого пузыря; circumcision (обрезание); вскрытие и дренирование поверхностных гнойников мочеполовой сферы (абсцесс, парауретральный абсцесс); удаление инородных тел уретры; устранение парафимоза; блокады (пресакральная, новокаиновая). Оказывать медицинскую помощь в экстренной форме при острых состояниях: острая задержка мочи (катетеризация, пункционная цистостомия); почечная колика; макрогематурия; острые воспалительные заболевания (орхит, эпидидимит, острый простатит); травмы мочеполовых органов; анафилактический шок (в рамках компетенции). Проводить первичную обработку травм наружных половых органов, временный гемостаз. Профилактика и диспансерное наблюдение. Проводить экспертизу временной нетрудоспособности, выдавать листки нетрудоспособности. Подготавливать медицинскую документацию для направления пациентов на медико-социальную экспертизу (МСЭ). Участвовать в проведении предварительных и периодических медицинских осмотров (в части урологической патологии). Оформлять медицинские заключения по результатам осмотров и освидетельствований.

Навыки работы с медицинскими информационными системами. Опыт выполнения малых амбулаторных операций (циркумцизия, вскрытие абсцессов, удаление инородных тел уретры и т. п.). Навыки работы с урологическим оборудованием (цистоскоп, урофлоуметр, аппарат УЗИ если применимо). Личностные качества: стрессоустойчивость, коммуникабельность, способность принимать быстрые решения в экстренных ситуациях.
