The posting

1. Выявляет несовершеннолетних, находящихся в социально опасном положении, а также семей, несовершеннолетние члены которых нуждаются в социальных услугах, осуществление социальной реабилитации этих лиц, оказание им необходимой помощи в соответствии с индивидуальными программами социальной реабилитации. 2. Предоставляет социальные услуги несовершеннолетним, находящимся в социально опасном положении или иной трудной жизненной ситуации, на основании просьб несовершеннолетних, их родителей или иных законных представителей либо по инициативе должностных лиц органов и учреждений системы профилактики безнадзорности и правонарушений несовершеннолетних в порядке, установленном законодательством Кировской области. 3. Выявляет факты (ситуации) нарушения прав, законных интересов несовершеннолетних и своевременно направляет сведения в органы системы профилактики 4. Осуществляет социальную реабилитацию несовершеннолетних, состоящих на учете в КДН и ЗП, оказывает им необходимую помощь в соответствии с планом индивидуально - профилактической работы. 5. Выявляет интересы, потребности, трудности и проблемы, конфликтные ситуации, отклонения в поведении несовершеннолетних, своевременно оказывает им социальную помощь и поддержку 6. Ведет личные дела на несовершеннолетних и семьи СОП, согласно утвержденной описи документов, своевременно вносит сведения об оказании им социальной помощи 7. Заносит сведения об услугах, оказанных несовершеннолетнему и семьям СОП в единую автоматизированную информационную систему (ЕАИС) 8. Участвует в совместных рейдах по выявлению безнадзорных и беспризорных несовершеннолетних в Зуевском районе. 9. Взаимодействует со специалистами органов системы профилактики по вопросу предотвращения безнадзорности и беспризорности несовершеннолетних. 10. Осуществляет патронаж и индивидуальную работу с несовершеннолетними, нуждающимися в особом педагогическом внимании, состоящими на учете в КДН и ЗП, ПДН, в том числе не учащимися в школе и нетрудоустроенными подростками, вышедшими из ЦВСНП. 11. Проводит и принимает участие в массовых мероприятиях и акциях для несовершеннолетних и их семей в соответствии с планами работы отделения. 12. Осуществляет клубную работу с семьями и детьми, состоящими на учете. 13. Участвует в работе службы Ранняя помощь, проводит диагностические и коррекционные занятия. 14. Выявляет и учитывает семьи, воспитывающие детей-инвалидов, нуждающиеся в различных видах и формах социальной поддержки. 15. Изучает условия жизни семьи с детьми-инвалидами, нуждающуюся в социальной помощи и защите. 16. Определяет характер и объем необходимой им социальной помощи, проводит реабилитационную работу с детьми с использованием инновационных технологий. 17. Ведет личные дела детей-инвалидов, своевременно вносит в них сведения об оказанной социальной помощи и проводимой работе с семьей

Образование среднее профессиональное/ высшее профессиолнальное (педагогиечское). Стрессоустойчивость, коммуникабельность, дисциплинированность. Справка об отсутствии судимости.
