The posting

Оказание технической поддержки сотрудникам банка, решение обращений первой линии поддержки. Консультирование пользователей по вопросам работы с офисным и корпоративным программным обеспечением. Установка, настройка и сопровождение рабочих станций, ноутбуков, периферийного оборудования и программного обеспечения. Мониторинг состояния, производительности и доступности ИТ-систем. Выполнение планового технического обслуживания, установки обновлений и патчей. Реагирование на системные оповещения, инциденты и сбои в работе сервисов, их диагностика и устранение либо эскалация при необходимости. Участие в процессах управления ИТ-услугами в соответствии с практиками ITIL, включая: управление инцидентами (Incident Management); управление изменениями (Change Management); управление проблемами (Problem Management); управление производительностью и емкостью (Performance Capacity Management); мониторинг и обработку оповещений (Monitoring Alert Management). Участие во внедрении новых ИТ-систем, выполнении изменений конфигураций и обновлении инфраструктуры. Ведение технической документации, описание процедур, конфигураций и результатов устранения инцидентов. Учет и инвентаризация ИТ-оборудования и программных активов. Поддержка офисной ИТ-инфраструктуры и участие в реализации мероприятий по повышению уровня информационной безопасности. Взаимодействие с поставщиками оборудования и услуг, участие в оценке новых подрядчиков, контроле качества предоставляемых сервисов и периодической оценке их работы. Взаимодействие с внутренними подразделениями для обеспечения стабильной и безопасной работы ИТ-инфраструктуры

Высшее образование в области информационных технологий, компьютерных наук или смежных специальностей. Опыт работы специалистом технической поддержки, системным администратором или ИТ-инженером не менее одного года. Развитые коммуникативные навыки, грамотная речь, умение эффективно взаимодействовать с пользователями. Клиентоориентированность, ответственность, стрессоустойчивость, внимательность и инициативность. Практический опыт установки, настройки и сопровождения операционных систем Windows и прикладного программного обеспечения. Уверенное владение ПК и приложениями Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Понимание принципов работы компьютерного оборудования, периферийных устройств и базовых сетевых технологий. Опыт работы с системами обработки заявок (Service Desk). Знание Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Exchange, средств централизованного управления рабочими станциями или систем мониторинга.
