Готовит и представляет первичную информацию по использованию земли в границах муниципалитета в соответствующие органы. 2.3. Готовит предложения и принимает участие в осуществлении землеустройства, мониторинга земель, инвентаризацию земель муниципального образования. 2.4. Готовит предложения по управлению недвижимым имуществом муниципалитета. 2.5. Осуществляет ведение базы данных о наличии жилого фонда Ускюльского сельсовета, частного жилого фонда. 2.6. Организует заключение договоров аренды, их учет осуществляет контроль за поступлением платежей за землю и имущество. 2.7. Выявляет не плательщиков арендной платы, земельного и имущественного налога и принимает участие в работе по взысканию задолженностей. 2.8. Консультирует граждан и подготавливает документы на выкуп земельных участков, находящихся в муниципальной собственности, на которых расположены объектынедвижимости. 2.9. Готовит проведение торгов ( аукционов конкурсов) по продажи земельных участков и продажи прав аренды земельных участков, расположенных в границах муниципалитета.2.10. Осуществляет ведение базы данных о наличии земель муниципалитета, распределении по категориям, землепользователям и собственникам земли.
