Разработка сметной документации базисно-индексным и ресурсным методом на новое строительство, ремонт, реконструкцию и техническое перевооружение, монтажные работы, пуско-наладочные работы, техническое обслуживание. Разработка сметной документации на проектно-изыскательские, научно-исследовательские и опытно-конструкторские работы. Определение сметных затрат на оплату труда, эксплуатацию машин, величины накладных расходов и сметной прибыли. Составление смет по форме 3п и калькуляций на шеф-монтажные работы, транспортные расходы, работы, отсутствующие в сметно-нормативной базе. Рассмотрение и согласование Технических требований в составе документации о закупке в части требований к оформлению и составлению сметной документации. Составление смет на ремонт энергетического оборудования и техническое перевооружение с использованием Базовые цены на работы по ремонту энергетического оборудования, адекватные условиям функционирования конкурентного рынка услуг по ремонту и техперевооружению. 2003г., разработанные ОАО ЦКБ Энергоремонт с учетом их дополнений и изменений. Составление объектных смет, сводного сметного расчета. Расчет лимитированных и прочих затрат. Проведение экспертизы сметной документации, поступающей на проверку в составе заявок участников закупочных процедур, а также при согласовании договоров и дополнительных соглашений. Проведение проверки соответствия стоимости материалов и оборудования среднерыночной. Проверка актов выполненных работ (КС-2, КС-3). Определение плановой стоимости работ и услуг.

Квалификационные требования: Образование: высшее образование по специальности/ направлению подготовки Промышленное и гражданское строительство / Строительство при наличии профессиональной переподготовки по направлению Ценообразование и сметное нормирование в строительстве . Стаж работы в должности инженера-сметчика без категории не менее одного года, желательно в гидроэнергетическом строительстве. Должен знать: распорядительные, методические и нормативные документы в области ценообразования и сметного нормирования в строительстве; основы архитектурного и технологического проектирования зданий и сооружений; технологию строительных процессов и производства; правила заключения договоров подряда и государственных контрактов на строительство; основы бухгалтерского учета и налогообложения в строительстве (желательно); программы Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet Explorer), Гранд-Смета, ИС MAXIMO (как преимущество).
