Режим работы: 0,5 ставки 2.1. Организует и планирует работу коллективов художественной самодеятельности. 2.2. Оказывает методическую помощь работникам других структурных подразделений учреждения. 2.3. Координирует работу творческих отделов по проведению художественных мероприятий, руководит разработкой и осуществлением сценариев проведения крупных массовых художественных мероприятий (театрализованных праздников, народных гуляний, праздников песни и т.п.). 2.4. Проводит репетиции с творческими коллективами и отдельными исполнителями, ведет регулярные занятия по совершенствованию исполнительского мастерства, организует учебно-методическую и учебно-воспитательную работу в коллективах. 2.5. Обеспечивает регулярность занятий коллективов согласно расписанию работы, а также наполняемость коллективов. 2.6. Подбирает для коллективов художественной самодеятельности репертуар. 2.7. Принимает участие в художественном оформлении, музыкальном сопровождении проводимых мероприятий. 2.8. Совместно с другими специалистами разрабатывает эскизы и предметы реквизита. Совместно со звукооператорами готовит фонограмму игровой программы. 2.9. Проводит семинары с руководителями клубных формирований. 2.10. Организует изучение и обмен опытом работы коллективов художественной самодеятельности, их смотры, фестивали, выступления в районе, городе. 2.11. Поддерживает в процессе работы связь с творческими коллективами и общественными организациями по привлечению к проводимым мероприятиям творческих работников в целях совершенствования работы по обслуживанию населения. 2.12. Составляет ежемесячные, годовые планы и отчеты о работе . 2.13. В случае производственной необходимости выполняет некоторые виды деятельности, выходящие за рамки должностных обязанностей, но отвечающие его знаниям и умениям. 2.14. Соблюдает правила внутреннего трудового распорядка, правила техники безопасности противопожарной и антитеррористической безопасности.
