При заступлении на дежурство Медицинская сестра палатная психиатрического отделения обязана:- Проверить соответствие фактического количества больных с количеством больных по листу учета движения больных в отделении, о приеме дежурства на посту расписаться в журнале приема дежурств. Проверить наличие мед. инструментария, историй болезни, ключей, медикаментов предметно-количественного учета, аптечку неотложной помощи, о чем расписаться в соответствующей документации. Ознакомиться с записями в дневнике наблюдения, знать больных, подлежащих строгому надзору, физически ослабленных, находящихся на принудительном лечении.- Провести обход палат, проверить целостность, исправность замков, окон, форточек, электроосвещения, мягкого инвентаря. Находиться в течение дежурства в отделении среди больных; отлучаться из отделения только с разрешения администрации отделения, дежурного врача, обеспечив надлежащее наблюдение за больными. При невыходе сменяющей медсестры покидать рабочее место только с разрешения дежурного врача. Точно, в срок выполнять врачебные назначения, во время раздачи медикаментов следить, чтобы больной сразу же применял их внутрь, при необходимости осматривать полость рта, карманы. Термометрия больным проводится только в присутствии медсестры или санитарки. Присутствовать при раздаче пищи, знать меню, контролировать прием пищи больными с нарушениями аппетита, депрессией, контролировать сроки хранения продуктовых передач, условия их хранения, ассортимент и качество продуктов.
