Мы развиваем собственные бренды, а также успешно производим и реализуем продукцию по мировым лицензиям. Благодаря надежным партнёрским производственным площадкам нам удалось выстроить устойчивую дистрибуцию и занять стабильную позицию на рынке парфюмерии. Продукция Понти Парфюм представлена в всех регионах нашей страны и ближнего зарубежья. Ключевые клиенты – это федеральные сети. Условия: Официальное трудоустройство График работы 5/2 с 9:00 до 18:00 Требования: Высшее образование по специальности бухгалтерия Опыт работы от 5 лет в аналогичной должности Знание законодательства по бухгалтерскому учету и налогообложению Навыки работы с программами 1С (уверенный пользователь с функцией контроля пользователей), MS Office, Битрикс 24 Ответственность, внимательность к деталям Обязанности: Полное ведение бухгалтерского и налогового учёта торговой компании (ОСНО) Формирование и сдача отчётности: НДС, прибыль, РСВ, 6-НДФЛ, бухгалтерская отчётность Налоговое планирование и оптимизация в рамках группы компаний Контроль корректности НДС по импорту, вычетов, авансов, корректировок Сопровождение налоговых проверок, камеральных и выездных Подготовка ответов на требования ФНС, ИФНС, ПФР, ФСС Учет импортных операций (Китай, ОАЭ и др.): ГТД, инвойсы, пакинги, транспортные расходы Формирование себестоимости импортного товара Учёт валютных операций, валютный контроль, паспорта сделок Контроль курсовых разниц Взаимодействие с банками по ВЭД Полный контроль товарных операций (приход, реализация, перемещения, списания) Учёт остатков, сверка складов Контроль себестоимости, наценки, маржинальности Инвентаризации (товары, ТМЦ) Контроль корректности отражения бонусов, ретро-бонусов, маркетинговых услуг Контроль бухгалтерского учёта маркированной продукции (парфюмерия) Сверка данных 1С и Честного Знака Контроль списаний, вводов в оборот, выбытия Расчёт заработной платы, отпускных, больничных Контроль НДФЛ, страховых взносов Взаимодействие с кадровым блоком (приказы, штат, выплаты) Отчётность по зарплате и персоналу Контроль и обработка первичной документации Сверки с поставщиками и покупателями Контроль договоров с точки зрения бухгалтерии и налогов Участие в согласовании финансовых условий договоров Взаимодействие с бухгалтериями других компаний группы Контроль внутригрупповых операций Консолидация данных для управленческого анализа (по необходимости) Работа в 1С: Комплексная автоматизация, 1С 8.3 Настройка и контроль учёта в 1С (в связке с IT) Работа с Контур (Экстерн, Диадок) Подготовка управленческих отчётов (оборот, прибыль, налоги, ДДС — по запросу) Контроль налоговой нагрузки Финансовая дисциплина компании
