Старший инспектор обязан: 2.1. Участвовать в предупреждении и ликвидации последствий ЧС в границах Кузнецовского сельского поселения. 2.2. Контролировать организацию и осуществление мероприятий по гражданской обороне, защите населения и территории поселения от чрезвычайных ситуаций природного и техногенного характера. 2.3. Осуществлять контроль за обеспечением первичных мер пожарной безопасности в границах населенных пунктов поселения. 2.4. Осуществлять мероприятия по обеспечению безопасности людей на водных объектах, охране их жизни и здоровья. 2.5. Предупреждение, выявление и пресечение нарушений законодательства в области гражданской обороны, чрезвычайных ситуаций, мобилизационной подготовке, пожарной безопасности 2.6. Разъяснение нарушителям законодательства в области гражданской обороны, чрезвычайных ситуаций, мобилизационной подготовке, пожарной безопасности 2.7. Составление Планов основных мероприятий по учреждениям в области Гражданской обороны, предупреждения и ликвидации чрезвычайных ситуаций и обеспечения пожарной безопасности. 2.8. Разработка необходимой документации по ГОЧС в соответствии с требованиями РФ и доведения утвержденных документов до командования. 2.9. Выявления уязвимых звеньев деятельности учреждения, использования методики ГОЧС на каждом предприятии и учитывая особенности данного процесса и другие условия. 2.10. Хранение государственной и служебной тайны. 2.11. Соблюдение требований действующего законодательства. При решении вопросов мобилизационной подготовки и мобилизации на него возлагаются задачи: 2.12. Организует разработку плана на расчетный год; 2.13. Разрабатывает план перевода администрации на работу в условиях военного времени; 2.14. Разрабатывает перспективный и годовой план работы мобилизационного органа;
