Операционное управление: - руководить текущей деятельностью филиала в рамках полномочий, закреплённых доверенностью и положением о филиале; - организовывать выполнение производственных заданий (в строительстве/газопроводах сроки, объёмы, качество работ); - координировать работу подразделений и подрядчиков на площадке, обеспечивать взаимодействие с заказчиком, технадзором, контролирующими органами; - контролировать соблюдение регламентов, технологических карт, проектной и исполнительной документации. Финансово‑экономическая деятельность и учёт: - обеспечивать выполнение бюджета филиала, контролировать расходы и целевое использование средств; - участвовать в формировании закупочных процедур, согласовывать договоры с подрядчиками и поставщиками в пределах своих полномочий; - контролировать своевременность расчётов с контрагентами, подрядчиками, персоналом; - обеспечивать полноту и достоверность управленческой и бухгалтерской отчётности филиала, своевременную передачу данных в головной офис. Кадровые вопросы и охрана труда: - управлять персоналом филиала: подбор, адаптация, оценка; - обеспечивать соблюдение норм трудового законодательства, правил внутреннего распорядка, требований охраны труда, промышленной и пожарной безопасности; - организовывать проведение инструктажей, обучения, проверок знаний, расследовать несчастные случаи и микротравмы, вести учёт нарушений; - контролировать обеспечение работников СИЗ, исправность техники и оборудования, безопасные условия на рабочих местах. Правовые и представительские функции: - представлять интересы компании в регионе: взаимодействовать с госорганами, муниципалитетами, надзорными и разрешительными структурами; - подписывать документы (договоры, акты, приказы, распоряжения) строго в пределах полномочий, указанных в доверенности и локальных актах; - обеспечивать соблюдение лицензионных требований, обязательных нормативов, стандартов качества и экологических норм; - защищать коммерческую тайну и конфиденциальную информацию, контролировать информационную безопасность на площадке.

Опыт строительства линейных объектов (газопроводы, нефтепроводы) Аттестация в области промышленной безопасности. Состоять в Национальном реестре специалистов (НОСТРОЙ) по организации строительства. (НОК) на соответствие профстандарту Специалист по организации строительства
