-правильно автономно организовать работу участка для достижения целей смены; - правильно выставлять линию в соответствии с технологической схемой и требованиями к оборудованию и процессу; - знать оборудование участка, контрольные точки, делать настройки для достижения качества, объема, потерь; - эффективно взаимодействовать с начальником смены, слесарем-механиком, водителем погрузчика и лаборантом для достижения результатов за смену; - в процессе работы контролировать результат, состояние оборудования, делать корректировки в случае отклонений; -достигать целей времени запуска/остановки, качества, объема производства, потерь; - сдать участок в надлежащем состоянии; - обучать других операторов; -делать отчет о работе участка за смену, анализировать результат работы, вносить предложения по улучшению результатов; -выполнять задачи, поставленные руководством; -выполнять в установленные сроки производственные задания по объему продукции (работ, услуг), качеству, заданной номенклатуре (ассортименту); -обеспечивать безаварийную и надежную работу закрепленного за ним оборудования, техники, их правильной эксплуатации; - выполнять работы по приемке и сдачи смены, уборке рабочего места, приспособлений, инструмента, а также содержать их в надлежащем состоянии; - сортировать, разбирать сырье, полуфабрикаты и готовую продукцию с применением настольных сортировочных машин и вручную на движущихся передаточных и транспортировочных механизмах; - готовить необходимый инвентарь, тару, проверять транспортировочные механизмы; - распределять тару по сортам и категориям, маркировать; - преподносить, подвозить, принимать и загружать на подвижные механизмы изделия сырье, материалы, которые подлежат сортировке; - регулировать равномерное поступление изделий на сортировку; -отбирать посторонние примеси, непригодные или нестандартные продукты, полуфабрикаты.
