Осуществляет подбор, изучение и обобщение научно-технической литературы, нормативных и методических материалов по соответствующему оборудованию. 2.3. Участвует в составлении проекта технических заданий, планов и графиков проведения работ по внедрению новых аппаратных средств вычислительной техники и интеллектуальных компьютерных систем, в разработке необходимой технической документации. 2.4. Подготавливает предложения о целесообразности внедрения современных информационных систем. 2.5. Формулирует требования к содержанию и построению технической документации, используемой в информационной системе. 2.6. Осуществляет авторский надзор и периодический контроль входящей и исходящей документации. 2.7. Осуществляет отладку, настройку, опытную эксплуатацию и поэтапное введение в действие аппаратных средств вычислительной техники и интеллектуальных компьютерных систем. 2.8. Осуществляет техническое обслуживание информационной системы. 2.9. Проводит контрольные проверки работоспособности и эффективности информационной системы. 2.10. Изучает причины технических отказов и сбоев в информационной системе. 2.11. Составляет и оформляет акты контрольных проверок, разрабатывает предложения по их устранению и предупреждению, по повышению качества и надежности информационной системы.

должен знать: - нормативные правовые акты, другие руководящие методические и нормативные документы вышестоящих и других органов по вопросам проектирования и разработки компонентов информационно-вычислительных и компьютерных систем, - технико-эксплуатационные характеристики, конструктивные особенности, назначение и режимы работы оборудования, правила его технической эксплуатации; - сетевые и компьютерные настройки, применяемые операционные системы и программные приложения, - виды технических носителей информации, правила их хранения и эксплуатации, - действующие стандарты средств обработки и передачи информации, - передовой опыт в области современных информационных технологий, - основы экономики, организации труда и управления, - основы трудового законодательства, - правила и нормы охраны труда и пожарной безопасности.
