Осуществление функций по контролю за соблюдением режима информационной безопасности и конфиденциальности в период подготовки и тестирования оборудования, в период обработки, учета и хранения экзаменационных материалов, критериев оценивания, дисков с записями видеонаблюдения в РЦОКО. Осуществление функций по контролю за своевременным обновлением и сменой парольной информации сотрудников РЦОКО на ПК, специалистов, привлекаемых к оценочным процедурам в образовании, в том числе в период государственной итоговой аттестации в ХМАО - Югре. Подготовка аналитических, статистических, технических отчетов по направлениям деятельности в рамках Государственного задания АУ Институт развития образования . Осуществление функций по контролю за подготовкой проектов технических заданий, спецификаций для осуществления закупок товаров, работ, услуг для нужд отдела, РЦОКО. Организация и контроль за работой сотрудников РЦОКО, специалистов, привлекаемых к оценочным процедурам в образовании, в том числе к государственной итоговой аттестации. Организация и контроль за формированием и ведением региональной информационной системы обеспечения и проведения государственной итоговой аттестации по образовательным программам основного общего и среднего общего образования. Обеспечение взаимодействия сотрудников отдела с Региональными предметными комиссиями, Апелляционной комиссией в период проведения ГИА. Организация мероприятий, мер по защите сведений, содержащихся в РИС ГИА, в соответствии с федеральными, региональными нормативными правовыми актами в области образования, в области защиты персональных данных. Обеспечение информационно-технологического сопровождения по выполнению государственной работы Информационно-технологическое обеспечение управления системой образования (подготовка отчетов по результатам мониторингов, семинаров и др.). Организация мероприятий и контроль за организационно-технологическим обеспечением проведения итогового собеседования по русскому языку, итогового сочинения (изложения). Организация мероприятий и контроль за организационно-техническим, технологическим, информационно-методическим обеспечением проведения анализа "Зон риска" участников ЕГЭ.

Высшее образование и стаж работы по направлению деятельности отдела не менее 1 года или общий стаж не менее 5 лет.
