1. Анализ и оптимизация рабочих мест и производственных процессов: проведение аудитов, замеров, выявление неудобств и факторов риска для сотрудников. 2. Разработка рекомендаций по улучшению эргономики, проектирование новых рабочих зон, внедрение стандартов и технических решений. 3. Участие в разработке и тестировании производственного оборудования, мебели, средств индивидуальной защиты. 4. Проведение обучающих мероприятий по эргономике, профилактике профзаболеваний, рациональному использованию рабочего времени. 5. Оформление отчётов, технических заданий, документации по реализации эргономических проектов. 6. Взаимодействие с инженерами, дизайнерами, специалистами по охране труда и руководством предприятий, подчиняющихся управляющей компанией. 7. Внедрение новых технологий и стандартов по повышению комфорта и безопасности труда. 8. Мониторинг соответствия требованиям стандартов и нормативных документов в области эргономики и гигиены труда. 9. Составление графиков и планов проведения ремонтных работ, контроль сроков их выполнения. 10. Взаимодействие с другими подразделениями компании и заказчиками по вопросам технического обслуживания и ремонта.

Профессиональные навыки и знания: 1. Знание принципов эргономики и методов оценки условий труда. 2. Опыт проведения исследований и анализа рабочихмест. 3. Навыки разработки рекомендаций по улучшениюусловий труда. 4. Знание нормативных документов в области охранытруда и эргономики. Знание воинского учета: 1. Знание порядка учета и регистрации военнообязанных. 2. Навыки работы с военными документами и базамиданных. 3. Понимание требований по мобилизационной подготовке и воинскому учету. Личные качества: 1. Внимательность к деталям. 2. Аналитический склад ума. 3. Ответственность и аккуратность. 4. Умение работать в команде. Дополнительные требования: Опыт работы в государственных или военных структурах приветствуется. Владение ПК, офисными программами и специализированным программным обеспечением.
