Планирование потребностей. Определение объёмов и номенклатуры ресурсов, необходимых для выполнения строительных работ, на основе планов проектов и спецификаций. Организация закупок. Проведение тендеров, выбор поставщиков, заключение договоров на поставку материалов и оборудования. Согласование условий и сроков поставок, изучение возможностей для долгосрочных хозяйственных связей. Контроль поставок. Обеспечение доставки ресурсов в соответствии с договорами, проверка количества, качества и комплектности поступающих материалов, контроль их хранения на складах. Управление запасами. Организация системы учёта, хранения и распределения ресурсов. Соблюдение норм хранения и обеспечение сохранности материалов. Взаимодействие с подразделениями. Сотрудничество с проектными и строительными командами для своевременного предоставления ресурсов. Участие в разработке смет на строительство. Оптимизация процессов. Разработка и внедрение мероприятий по повышению эффективности использования ресурсов, снижению затрат на транспортировку и хранение, использованию вторичных ресурсов. Выявление и реализация излишков сырья, материалов, оборудования. Работа с поставщиками. Подготовка претензий к поставщикам при нарушении договорных обязательств, контроль расчётов по ним, согласование изменений условий договоров. Организация складского хозяйства. Обеспечение необходимых условий хранения, повышение уровня механизации и автоматизации транспортно-складских операций, внедрение компьютерных систем. Учёт и отчётность. Организация учёта движения материальных ресурсов на складе, участие в инвентаризациях. Подготовка отчётности о выполнении плана материально-технического обеспечения. Руководство коллективом. Управление сотрудниками отдела, постановка задач, контроль их выполнения.

Образование. Высшее (экономическое, инженерно-экономическое, логистическое или смежное) Опыт работы. Не менее 5 лет по специальности в области материально-технического снабжения, желательно в строительной отрасли. Знания 44-ФЗ и 223-ФЗ ОБЯЗАТЕЛЬНЫ! Законодательство в сфере снабжения, методы планирования и нормирования запасов, организация складского хозяйства, порядок заключения и контроля исполнения договоров с поставщиками, основы логистики и управления цепями поставок. Умение проводить тендеры, анализировать поставщиков, управлять складскими запасами, работать с компьютерными системами учёта.
