Запуск и остановка электрокотлов в соответствии с технологическим регламентом. Поддержание заданных параметров работы: температуры теплоносителя, давления в системе. Контроль за нагревом рабочих элементов электрокотлов и недопущение их перегрева. Управление работой насосов, обеспечивающих циркуляцию теплоносителя. Проведение ежесменных осмотров оборудования. Выявление и устранение мелких неисправностей, выполнение работ по текущему ремонту насосов и другого оборудования. Строгое соблюдение правил технической эксплуатации, электробезопасности, пожарной безопасности. Проведение профилактических осмотров, проверка систем на наличие утечек.

Кандидат должен знать: Устройство, конструктивные особенности и назначение обслуживаемого оборудования, средств автоматики и сигнализации. Требования правил устройства и безопасной эксплуатации паровых и водогрейных котлов, инструкции по эксплуатации котлов. Действие на человека опасных и вредных факторов, возникающих при работе котлов. Нормы производственной санитарии, электробезопасности, пожарной безопасности. Место расположения средств пожаротушения и свои обязанности при пожаре. Назначение и порядок применения средств индивидуальной защиты. Технические характеристики обслуживаемого оборудования, электрические и технологические схемы котельной. Требования к технологическому процессу выработки теплоэнергии и теплоснабжения потребителей. Кандидат должен уметь: Использовать нормативную и техническую документацию. Пользоваться первичными средствами пожаротушения и средствами связи. Документально оформлять результаты своих действий. Применять методы безопасного производства работ при осмотре и проверках. Отключать дефектные трубопроводы и арматуру. Оказывать первую помощь пострадавшим в результате аварии или несчастного случая. Допуски и разрешения.
