Кассир (билетный) действует в интересах учреждения: работает честно и добросовестно, приходит на работу без опозданий, имеет аккуратный внешний вид и вежливые манеры, доброжелательно и приветливо общается с посетителями. 2.2. Предоставляет скидки на билеты в соответствии с приказом директора учреждения, проверяя подлинность документов, предъявляемых посетителям соответствующих категорий как основание для скидки. 2.3. В случае возникновения конфликтных ситуаций с посетителями вежливо и корректно разрешает их. 2.4. Ведет учет билетов и рекламной продукции, поступающей в кассу. 2.5. Ведет строгий контроль проданных билетов и реализуемой рекламной продукции. 2.6. Сверяет фактическое наличие денежных сумм и ценных бумаг с книжным остатком. 2.7. Составляет кассовую отчетность. 2.8. По окончанию рабочей смены выручку от продажи билетов и рекламной продукции готовит к инкассации до приезда бригады инкассаторов. По прибытии бригады инкассаторов кассир (билетный) проверяет у старшего бригады документы на получения и доставку наличных денег. После проверки документов предъявляет старшему бригады инкассаторов для приема подготовленные наличные деньги. Старший бригады инкассаторов в присутствии кассира (билетного) принимает наличные деньги полными и неполными пачками, отдельными корешками по обозначенным на накладках и бандеролях суммам без полистного пересчета при условии целости и правильности упаковки, клише или пломб, правильности оформления реквизитов на накладках и бандеролях. Банкноты в неполных корешках и отдельные листы принимаются полистным пересчетом. Монета принимается мешками по надписям на ярлыках к ним, при условии целости и правильности упаковки. Полные и неполные пачки банкнот, корешки с банкнотами, мешки с монетой, имеющие сомнительность или повреждения упаковки, дефекты и ошибки в оформлении реквизитов, приему не подлежат и заменяются исправными. После пересчета старшим бригады инкассаторов наличных денег кассир (билетный) оформляет Расписку в одном экземпляре и вместе с объявлением на взнос наличными передает старшему бригады инкассаторов для проверки. Старший бригады инкассаторов проверяет правильность заполнения полученных документов, тождественность сумм, указанных в них, сумме, фактически выявленной при пересчете. При соответствии указанных сумм старший бригады инкассаторов расписывается в Расписке как получатель, а в объявлении на взнос наличными как вноситель наличных денег.
