Составление и проверка сметных расчетов на строительно-монтажные и проектно-изыскательские работы, конъюнктурного анализа материалов и оборудования. Ведение служебной переписки с подразделениями предприятия и официальной с подрядными организациями и муниципальными службами.

Знание: Нормативной базы, законодательных и иных нормативных правовых актов РФ и РТ в области градостроительной деятельности; Распорядительных, методических и нормативных документов в области ценообразования и сметного нормирования в строительстве, строительных норм и правил, стандартов в строительстве; Сметных нормативов (ГЭСН, ФЕР, ТСН и др.), необходимых для определения сметной стоимости; Методов формирования сметной стоимости строительства, реконструкции, капитального ремонта, сноса объектов и т. д.; Требований к составу разделов проектной документации и их содержанию; Правил работы с Федеральной государственной информационной системой ценообразования в строительстве и Федеральным реестром сметных нормативов; Порядка определения статей затрат в локальных и объектных сметных расчётах, виды и порядок применения коэффициентов к сметным нормам и единичным расценкам - сметных нормативов в области строительного проектирования и изысканий. Владение специализированной сметной программой Гранд-смета . Аккуратность, исполнительность, внимательность. Умение работать с проектно-сметной документацией.
