Участвует в работе Комиссии по переводу жилых помещений в нежилые помещения и нежилых помещений в жилые помещения, переустройству и перепланировке жилых помещений, приемке завершенных работ по перепланировке и переустройству. Готовить совместно с другими структурными подразделениями администрации городского округа аналитические, справочные, другие материалы. Осуществлять прием документов для предоставления муниципальной услуги Перевод жилого помещения в нежилое или нежилого помещения в жилое помещение .Осуществлять прием документов для предоставления муниципальной услуги Прием заявлений и выдача документов о согласовании переустройства и (или) перепланировки жилого помещения .Участвовать в комиссиях, назначаемых администрацией городского округа Город Йошкар-Ола по вопросам, входящим в компетенцию отдела строительства. Осуществлять организационно-техническое обеспечение работы муниципальной комиссии по обследованию жилых помещений инвалидов и общего имущества в многоквартирных домах, в которых проживают инвалиды в целях их приспособления с учетом потребностей инвалидов и обеспечения условий их доступности для инвалидов, подготовку документации.Участвовать в подготовке документов для создания и ведения государственной информационной системы обеспечения градостроительной деятельности РФ (ГИС ОГД).По обращениям граждан и юридических лиц в органы государственной власти и органы местного самоуправления городского округа Город Йошкар-Ола -обеспечивать объективное, всестороннее и своевременное рассмотрение обращения, в случае необходимости - с участием гражданина или юридического лица, направившего обращение,запрашивать необходимые для рассмотрения обращения документы и материалы в других государственных органах, органах местного самоуправления и у иных должностных лиц, за исключением судов, органов дознания и органов предварительного следствия,принимать меры, направленные на восстановление или защиту нарушенных прав, свобод и законных интересов гражданина или юридического лица,давать письменный ответ по существу поставленных в обращении вопросов,уведомлять граждан и юридических лиц о направлении его обращения на рассмотрение в другой государственный орган, орган местного самоуправления или иному должностному лицу в соответствии с их компетенцией
