The posting

Обеспечивать выполнение производственных планов, организовывать бесперебойную и эффективную работу производства и гарантировать своевременный выпуск готовой продукции. Планировать загрузку цеха и распределять задания между сотрудниками. Организовывать и контролировать работу швейных потоков, соблюдение технологических регламентов. Контролировать обеспеченность цеха материалами, тканями, фурнитурой и расходниками. Контролировать качество продукции на всех этапах, выявлять и устранять причины брака. Участвовать в подготовке моделей к запуску в производство (в части организации потока и оценки технологической реализуемости). Следить за соблюдением технологических карт, стандартов и инструкций на рабочих местах. Руководить работой швей, закройщиков. Следить за эксплуатацией оборудования, организовывать его обслуживание и ремонт, контролировать состояние оснастки и инструмента. Взаимодействовать с отделом снабжения и складом, участвовать в формировании и своевременно передавать в отдел закупок заявки на ткани, фурнитуру и расходные материалы. Просчет заказа по срокам выполнения (по объемам закупаемого сырья, фурнитуры), Согласовывать планы и сроки с Генеральным директором и Исполнительным директорами. Участвовать во внедрении новых методов обработки изделий и оптимизации технологических процессов. Организовывать обучение, инструктажи и повышение квалификации персонала. Решать кадровые вопросы, контролировать дисциплину, участвовать в мотивации и оценке работы сотрудников.

Опыт работы на промышленном оборудовании в аналогичной должности; Знание технологических процессов массового производства швейных изделий и всех видов технологической обработки изделий, технологии пошива. Знание особенностей используемых материалов, принципы работы с ними. Опыт работы с разными видами тканей и материалами; Навыки работы на современном промышленном швейном оборудовании и навыки владения основными швейными операциями и другими инструментами. Знание различных техник создания строчки; Знание и владение навыками и принципами раскроя, сборки и финальной обработки выпускаемой продукции; Четкое выполнение заданий по плану производства. Умение работать быстро и качественно. Умение работать в команде; Умение работать с технической документацией и технологическими картами, умение читать схемы и эскизы, рассчитывать стоимость изделия.
