-Подготовка доклада к формированию бюджета; -Присвоение бюджетных обязательств в 1С, "Бюджет-Веб"; - Распределение бюджетных средств по разделам, подразделам учреждений управления образования; - Распределение бюджетных средств по кодам бюджетной классификации, составление бюджетных смет и всех расчетов к ним в соответствии с договорами и нормативами, планом ФХД; - Предоставление данных для внесения изменений в ведомственные целевые программы; - Проводить работупо проверке и согласованию договоров, муниципальных контрактов, выставляемых счетов за коммунальные и прочие услуги; - Готовить штатные расписания и производить расчет заработной платы по тарификационным спискам учреждений, расчитыватьлимит фонда оплаты труда; - Расчитывать потребность в предоставлении бюджетных услуг и их фактические объемы по учреждениям; - Проводить анализ исполнения бюджетных смет; - Вносить в разрезе подведомственных получателей бюджетную роспись и изменения к ней в программу "Бюджет-Веб"; - Предоставлять информацию по запросам Финансового управления администрации города, министерства финансов Кировской области, министерства образования Кировской области; - Участие в проведении ежегодной плановой инвентаризации имущества.
