Ежедневная проверка технического состояния транспортных средств перед выездом на линию и после возвращения в гараж с обязательной отметкой в журнале. Проведение технического обслуживания согласно утверждённому графику с фиксацией выполненных работ в журнале. Своевременный и качественный ремонт автомобилей, поддержание их в работоспособном состоянии. Контроль за исправным состоянием газотопливного оборудования автотранспорта. Обеспечение правильной и безаварийной работы автомобилей. Участие в модернизации автомобилей. Учёт выполненных работ по ремонту. Контроль прохождения водителями предрейсового медицинского осмотра перед выездом на линию и после возвращения в гараж. Запрет выезда при отсутствии соответствующей отметки в путевом листе. Контроль за экономией расходования топлива и смазочных материалов. Составление заявок на запасные части и материалы. Участие в списании и сдаче автомобилей в капитальный ремонт. Контроль за поступлением и расходованием ГСМ, проверка правильности заполнения путевых листов. Сверка показаний спидометра с данными в путевых листах, ежедневная распечатка показаний тахографа

Соискателю необходимо знать: устройство и конструктивные особенности автотранспорта, который обслуживает школа (технические характеристики, режимы работы, правила эксплуатации). Правила проведения технического обслуживания и ремонта, методы диагностики, способы выявления и устранения неисправностей. Нормативные документы: постановления, приказы, методические материалы по организации ремонта, правила дорожного движения, нормы охраны труда, пожарной и экологической безопасности. Порядок ведения технической документации (журналы, ведомости дефектов, паспорта оборудования). Правила заполнения путевых листов, учёта неисправностей. Основы трудового законодательства и правила внутреннего трудового распорядка
