- осуществляет организацию и разработку различных форм мероприятий по основным направлениям государственной молодежной политики. - осуществляет организацию информирования молодежи о проведении мероприятий в сфере молодежной политики - осуществляет организацию и проведение конгрессов, конференций, семинаров, выставок в сфере молодежной политики и т.п. - осуществляет разработку и реализацию проектов и программ в сфере молодежной политики индивидуально и совместно с общественными институтами, молодежными общественными объединениями - прогнозирует и планирует работу с молодежью на определенной территории, используя разнообразные современные формы, приемы, методы и средства, и несет ответственность за результаты работы в целом - осуществляет организацию работы в местах свободного общения (далее МСО) в различных формах

- соответствие Профессиональному стандарту Специалист по работе с молодежью, утвержденного приказом Министерства труда и социальной защиты Российской Федерации (Mинтруд России) от 12 февраля 2020 года № 59н - коммуникабельность - грамотная устная и письменная речь
