The posting

Диагностика: Проводит осмотр и обследование пациентов с хирургической патологией (острый живот, травмы, гнойные заболевания, опухоли и др.). Назначает и интерпретирует лабораторные, инструментальные и лучевые методы исследования (УЗИ, КТ, рентген, эндоскопия) для постановки точного диагноза . Лечение: Определяет тактику лечения (консервативное или оперативное). Проводит плановые и экстренные оперативные вмешательства (в том числе лапароскопические, малоинвазивные) в соответствии с квалификацией. Выполняет перевязки, дренирования, пункции, удаление инородных тел, остановку кровотечений и другие манипуляции. Послеоперационное ведение: Наблюдает пациентов в послеоперационном периоде, назначает медикаментозную терапию (антибиотики, обезболивающие, антикоагулянты, инфузионную терапию), контролирует заживление ран, предупреждает осложнения (нагноение, тромбоз, кровотечение). Неотложная помощь: Оказывает экстренную хирургическую помощь при перитоните, кишечной непроходимости, ущемленных грыжах, прободной язве, остром аппендиците, холецистите, панкреатите, травмах и кровопотере. Проводит первичную хирургическую обработку ран. Консультации: Консультирует врачей других отделений по вопросам хирургии. Участвует в клинических разборах и консилиумах. Экспертиза: Участвует в экспертизе временной нетрудоспособности (больничные листы), готовит документы на МСЭ (инвалидность после травм и операций). Документация: Ведет истории болезни, операционные журналы, протоколы операций, выписные эпикризы и отчеты. Соблюдает врачебную тайну. Руководство: Руководит работой операционных и палатных медицинских сестер, санитарок. Контролирует соблюдение асептики, антисептики и санитарно-эпидемиологического режима в отделении. Повышение квалификации: Регулярно повышает квалификацию, осваивает новые оперативные методики, участвует в конференциях.
