Обеспечивает (организовывает) выполнения задач, полномочий, функций, возложенных на отдел учета и отчетности финансового управления Администрации Звериноголовского муниципального округа Курганской области (далее по тексту отдел учета и отчетности) в соответствии с Положением о финансовом управлении Администрации Звериноголовского муниципального округа Курганской области и Положением об отделе учета и отчетности. Осуществляет непосредственно руководства структурным подразделением финансового управления отделом учета и отчетности, несет персональную ответственность за выполнение возложенных на структурное подразделение функций. Внедряет современные технические и информационные технологий в области бюджетного учета и составления отчетности. Организовывает составления сметы расходов финансового управления и осуществление контроля при ее исполнении. Ведет кконтроль за расходованием утвержденного годового фонда оплаты труда финансового управления в соответствии со штатным расписанием. Контролирует своевременное и правильное оформление бухгалтерской документации. Организовывает бюджетный учет нефинансовых активов, финансовых активов, обязательств, финансового результата, санкционирования расходов бюджета, своевременное отражение на счетах бюджетного учета операций, связанных с их движением. Организовывает и участвует в проведении инвентаризации нефинансовых активов, финансовых активов и обязательств финансового управления Организовывает работу по обеспечению сохранности денежных средств в финансовом управлении и контролирует за их целевым использованием, проверку и подпись документов на принятие и выдачу денежной наличности из кассы финансового управления Осуществляет контроль за правильной и своевременной сдачей месячной, квартальной и годовой отчетности, представляемой главными распорядителями
