- руководство филиалом и обеспечение его результативного функционирования, контроль соблюдения сотрудниками положений законодательства в области: обеспечения единства измерений, критериев аккредитации в национальной системе аккредитации, требований документов системы менеджмента качества и локальных нормативных актов - анализ деятельности филиала и предоставлять руководству отчет по состоянию и перспективам развития закрепленных видов измерений - организация, обеспечение и контроль работы сотрудников филиала с учетом области аккредитации, графиков поверки (калибровки) средств измерения, применяемых для выполнения работ, графиков аттестации применяемых эталонов, плановых заданий, заключенных договоров, сложности работ, квалификации сотрудников - контроль сохранности и работоспособности применяемого оборудования, соблюдения требований методик поверки, калибровки средств измерения, аттестации испытательного оборудования, состояния рабочих мест - обеспечение сохранности, комплектности средств измерения, испытательного оборудования Заказчика на время нахождения их в филиале - участие в согласовании договоров, протоколов разногласий, дополнительных соглашений к договорам, касающихся деятельности филиала - обеспечение и контроль полноты и правильности оформления документов и ведения записей (свидетельств о поверке, сертификатов о калибровке, проколов поверки (калибровки, аттестации), аттестатов, извещений о непригодности к применению, журналов, рабочих тетрадей поверителей, регистрационных карточек средств измерения, испытательного оборудования, вспомогательного оборудования, стандартных образцов сотрудниками филиала - проведение проверки качества работы сотрудников филиала и при необходимости техническую учебу - участие в межлабораторных сличениях, принимать меры по устранению несоответствий к требованиям условий проведения работ - участие в подготовке и прохождении процедур по подтверждению компетентности на право поверки средств измерения, расширению, сокращению области аккредитации по видам измерений

- высшее (профильное) образование или высшее (не профильное) образование и пройти обучение по программе профессиональной переподготовки - стаж работы в области обеспечения единства измерений не менее 2-х лет - аттестация в качестве поверителя - допуски на выполнение работ по профилю деятельности филиала
