The posting

Сопровождение и развитие медицинской информационной системы (МИС) на платформе 1С: исправление ошибок, доработки, выпуск обновлений, контроль качества. 2. Разработка и доработка клинических подсистем МИС. 3. Разработка и доработка подсистем формирования и выгрузки реестров в государственные информационные системы: ЕИС, ТФОМС, ГИС ОМС, ЕГИСЗ. Поддержка актуальных форматов выгрузки, валидация пакетов, корректировка составов данных. 4. Интеграция МИС с внешними системами форматы XML, JSON, REST/SOAP, СЭМД (CDA). 5. Доработка шаблонов медицинских документов (ШМД), печатных форм (ПФ) и визуализаторов. 6. Оптимизация производительности МИС: запросы, индексы, регламентные задания, работа с большими объёмами данных. 7. Руководство командой разработчиков (2 5 человек): ревью кода, постановка и декомпозиция задач, контроль сроков и качества, координация с аналитиками и тестировщиками. 8. Переход на платформу 1С:Предприятие 8.5 и перевод разработки в 1C:EDT. 9. Сокращение технического долга: инвентаризация и объединение расширений, чистка неиспользуемых реквизитов и метаданных, рефакторинг общих модулей, унификация ролей и прав доступа (RLS), оптимизация регламентных заданий. 10. Обеспечение информационной безопасности и защиты персональных данных пациентов. 11. Взаимодействие с группой аналитики для согласования требований, с инфраструктурной группой по вопросам серверов 1С и СУБД, с техподдержкой вендора и внешними подрядчиками. 12. Ведение технической документации: спецификации, описания архитектуры, инструкции, регламенты обновлений.

Программы повышения квалификации/профессиональной переподготовки в области компьютерных и телекоммуникационных технологий. - Опыт разработки на платформе 1С от 5 лет, из них от 1 года в роли тимлида / старшего разработчика; - Уверенное владение: язык 1С, запросы, СКД, управляемые формы, расширения конфигурации, HTTP/REST-сервисы, XML/JSON-обработка; - Опыт работы с медицинскими информационными системами на 1С (желательно МИС, ЛИС, интеграции с ЕГИСЗ) 1С как преимущество; - Знание стандартов и форматов медицинского обмена: СЭМД (CDA), HL7 FHIR как преимущество; - СУБД: PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server (настройка, оптимизация запросов, индексы); - Настройка системы контроля версий и разработки: Git, 1С:EDT, хранилище конфигурации; - Опыт руководства командой: декомпозиция задач, ревью кода, контроль сроков и качества; - Опыт перехода на платформу 1С:Предприятие 8.5 и 1C:EDT как преимущество; - Опыт CI/CD, SonarQube, автоматического тестирования 1С как преимущество; - Опыт миграции 1С на отечественные СУБД (PostgreSQL) как преимущество.
