- консультации граждан по земельному законодательству, в связи с оформлением земельных участков в собственность, находящихся в государственной собственности (до разграничения); - подготовка разрешений на межевание земельных участков и установление их границ; - подготовка документов для утверждения схемы расположения земельного участка и передачи их по направлению; - подготовка проектов договоров купли продажи земельных участков, находящихся в государственной (до разграничения) и муниципальной собственности; - подготовка проектов договоров аренды земельных участков; - подготовка документов для регистрации и перехода прав на земельные участки в Богородицком отделе ФГБУ Федеральная кадастровая палата Росреестра по Тульской области; - подготовка документов для постановки на кадастровый учет земельных участков в Богородицком отделе ФГБУ Федеральная кадастровая палата Росреестра по Тульской области и передачи их в соответствующий орган; - подготовка расчётов арендной платы по земельным участкам, осуществление работы за своевременностью перечисления арендной платы; - работа с недоимщиками по уплате арендной платы за земельные участки, подготовка уведомлений, расчётов для претензий; - ведение отчетности об арендных платежах поступающих в район; - ведение отчетности об арендных платежах поступающих в рабочий поселок; - ведение отчетности о договорах аренды, сроках действия, пролонгации и расторжении. - организация ведения отчетности по использованию маркированных конвертов и марок в Секторе; - обработка заявлений на получение государственных (муниципальных) услуг, поступивших в региональную систему электронного правительства Тульской области; - исполнение обязанностей по работе с жалобами граждан в Федеральной государственной информационной системе досудебного обжалования; - регулярный анализ предоставляемых органом исполнительной власти (органом местного самоуправления) Тульской области государственных (муниципальных) услуг с целью возможности их оптимизации
