Кассир осуществляет: Обеспечение правильного и четкого учета билетов и кассовой выручки в организации. Формирование отчетов, касающихся движения билетов (продажи и возврат). Вежливое и корректное обслуживание зрителей, разъяснение всех вопросов, касающихся работы учреждения (по телефону и непосредственно зрителям). Продажу билетов по цене, утвержденной приказом директора на момент продажи. Проверку состояния билетного принтера и проверку его своевременной заправки. Подготовку отчета о проданных билетах по окончании работы (смены). Составление в соответствии с установленной периодичностью кассовых отчетов и отчетов о продаже билетов и движении бланков строгой отчетности. Заказ и получение бланков строгой отчетности. Сдачу денежных средств в установленном порядке. Хранение денежных средств, бланков строгой отчетности, других документов и материальных ценностей. Выполнение отдельных поручений руководителя организации, входящих в его должностные обязанности.

Профессиональные знания и навыки Уверенное владение контрольно‑кассовой техникой (ККТ) и POS‑терминалами. Навыки работы в билетных системах и/или программах учёта (1С, билетные платформы и т. п.) желательно. Знание порядка ведения кассовых операций, правил приёма и выдачи денежных средств, оформления кассовой документации. Понимание правил применения онлайн‑касс и формирования фискальных чеков. Базовые навыки работы с ПК: офисные программы, электронная почта, интернет. Знание особенностей работы по Пушкинской карте (приём оплаты, проверка условий, оформление билетов) желательно, с возможностью обучения на месте. Обязанности (для понимания требуемого уровня кандидата) Приём наличных и безналичных платежей за билеты, услуги ДК, мероприятия. Ведение кассовой документации, формирование отчётов, сдача выручки. Консультирование посетителей по репертуару, стоимости билетов, льготам, условиям участия в программах (в т. ч. по Пушкинской карте ). Контроль правильности выдачи билетов, работа с возвратами и обменами. Поддержание порядка на рабочем месте, участие в инвентаризации кассы. Личные качества Внимательность и аккуратность (работа с деньгами не терпит ошибок). Ответственность и дисциплинированность. Стрессоустойчивость и умение сохранять спокойствие при конфликтных ситуациях. Доброжелательность, вежливость, грамотная устная речь (кассир лицо учреждения). Пунктуальность и готовность соблюдать внутренний трудовой распорядок.
