Осуществлять обслуживание покупателей: предложение и показ товаров, демонстрацию их в действии, помощь в выборе товаров, с соблюдением этапов продаж. Подсчитывать стоимость покупки и выписывать товарный чек, используя ПК, программу 1С-Бухгалтерия, ККМ, терминал Банка. Оформлять возврат покупки от покупателя. Оформление (заполнение) Анкет для Банков-Партнеров. Умение работать по претензии от покупателя. Правильное оформление претензионного порядка и возврата товара. Оформлять по запросу накладная ТОРГ-12. Ежедневно проводить работу в социальных сетях Интернет, ведя группы и страницы в сетях (как в VK, OK). Оформлять паспорта на товар, имеющий гарантийные сроки пользования. Осуществлять контроль за своевременным пополнением рабочего запаса товаров, их сохранностью, исправностью и правильной эксплуатацией оборудования, чистотой и порядком на рабочем месте. Осуществлять подготовку товаров к продаже: распаковку, сборку, комплектование, проверку эксплуатационных свойств и т.д. Осуществлять подготовку рабочего места: проверку наличия и исправности торгово-технического оборудования, инвентаря и инструментов, размещение товаров по группам, видам и сортам с учетом частоты спроса и удобства работы. Получать и подготавливать упаковочный материал. Производить уборку нереализованных товаров и тары. Готовить товары к инвентаризации. Работать при необходимости на контрольно-кассовой машине, подсчитывать чеки (деньги) и сдавать их в установленном порядке, сверять суммы реализации с показаниями кассовых счетчиков. Оформлять на прилавочные и внутри магазинные витрины и контролировать их состояние. Участвовать в получении товаров, уведомлять администрацию о поступлении товаров, не соответствующих маркировке (накладной ведомости). Изучать спрос покупателей. Своевременно составлять заявки на товар для пополнения товарного запаса. Получать и отгружать товары со склада. Участвовать в проведении инвентаризации. Составлять и оформлять товарные отчеты, акты на брак, недостачу, пересортицу товаров и приемо-сдаточных актов при передаче материальных ценностей. Разрешать спорные вопросы с покупателями в отсутствие представителей администрации (заведующий магазина).
