The posting

Присматривать за ребенком и обеспечивать его безопасность дома, на прогулках и во время сопровождения. Соблюдать согласованный с родителями режим дня: кормление, сон, прогулки, игры и отдых. Выполнять повседневный уход с учетом возраста: помогать с умыванием, одеванием и туалетом, менять подгузники, приучать к самостоятельности. Готовить простую еду для ребенка и кормить его с учетом рекомендаций родителей, пищевых ограничений и аллергий. Организовывать подходящие по возрасту занятия: читать, рисовать, играть, поддерживать развитие речи и бытовых навыков. Поддерживать порядок в детской зоне: убирать игрушки вместе с ребенком, мыть детскую посуду, следить за чистотой используемых вещей. Передавать родителям информацию о самочувствии, питании, сне и занятиях ребенка, поддерживать связь с координатором. При недомогании или происшествии незамедлительно сообщать родителям, при угрозе жизни и здоровью вызывать экстренную помощь.

Опыт ухода за детьми; рекомендации от предыдущих работодателей будут преимуществом. Доброжелательность, терпение и уважение к ребенку. Недопустимость крика, унижений и физических наказаний. Знание возрастных особенностей детей, умение организовать игры, прогулки и развивающие занятия. Ответственность, пунктуальность и внимательность к безопасности ребенка. Аккуратность, соблюдение правил гигиены и готовность выполнять согласованный с родителями режим дня. Умение спокойно общаться с родителями, учитывать их пожелания и соблюдать границы семьи. Знание основ первой помощи детям и готовность пройти дополнительное обучение. Умение пользоваться смартфоном для связи с родителями и координатором, отправлять краткие отчеты. Соблюдение конфиденциальности: не передавать сведения о семье и не публиковать фотографии ребенка без согласия родителей. Готовность пройти собеседование, проверку документов и рекомендаций, ознакомиться с правилами сервиса.
