The posting

1. Бюджетирование и стратегическое планирование Самостоятельное формирование краткосрочных (прогнозы), среднесрочных (бюджет) и долгосрочных (5-летняя стратегия) финансовых планов. Разработка и внедрение внутреннего регламента планирования, контроль сроков и качества заполнения плановых форм. Координация планирования с производственными подразделениями, сведение иконсолидация локальных планов в единый бюджет. Проверка производственных планов (мощности, загрузка, затраты) на совещаниях по планированию, аргументированная защита показателей перед руководством. 2. Управленческая отчетность и внутренний контроллинг Проектирование, развитие и стандартизация отчетных форм для операционного менеджмента (включая производственные участки) и для консолидации в головном офисе. Регулярный контроль исполнения бюджетов, анализ отклонений факт/план с детализацией по центрам затрат и статьям. Формирование специальных аналитических отчетов, поиск причин отклонений(объем, цена, эффективность, миксы). Подготовка данных для аудиторов и годовой отчетности (в частипроизводственного учета). 3. Внешняя отчетность и взаимодействие с сторонними организациями Подготовка регламентированной отчетности и запросов для стороннихорганизаций (статистика, регуляторы, лицензионные органы) в части производственных показателей. 4. Проектное сопровождение и инвестиционный анализ Экономическая экспертиза операционных проектов (оптимизация процессов, замена оборудования, локализация). Расчет и оценка эффективности инвестиций (NPV, IRR, payback) с учетом производственных ограничений. Участие в разработке корпоративной стратегии с точки зрения производственных мощностей и себестоимости. 5. Учет затрат и производственный контроллинг Контроль полноты и корректности отнесения затрат на производственные кост-центры и счета учета (P L). Ведение учета затрат по производственным участкам, распределение накладных расходов, расчет себестоимости продукции. Мониторинг нормативной и фактической себестоимости, выявление зон неэффективности.

Обязателен опыт в производственной компании (желательно фармацевтическая, химическая, FMCG отрасли). Глубокое знание P L, учет затрат по МВЗ Подтвержденный опыт построения и обеспечения процессов бюджетирования и управленческой отчетности. Сильные аналитические навыки и умение оперативно представлять руководству четкую картину финансового состояния. Уверенный пользователь SAP CO/MM/PP обязательно. Навык работы с большими объемами данными (Excel продвинутый, Power BI/Tableau плюс). Знание английского языка на уровне Intermediate - уверенное знание, в том числе финансовой терминологии, отчетности, ежедневная коммуникация и переписка с иностранными коллегами, как устно, так и письменно. Уверенные IT навыки в SAP (Finance). Высокий уровень ответственности, самоорганизации и мотивации.
