- Этап 1 (1 2 месяца): быстрый старт и сквозной учет при субподрядном раскрое. Запуск участков сварки и окраски, входной контроль субподрядного раскроя (акты, замеры, фотофиксация, прослеживаемость партий), нормирование труда. Настройка потока данных: программы раскроя техкарты/спецификации 1С (нормы, операции, фактическая себестоимость без Excel‑свода). Внедрение первичных документов: карты раскроя, акты входного контроля, сдельные наряды, журналы ВИК. - Этап 2 (3 6 мес.): переход на собственный раскрой и база знаний. Подбор оборудования и формирование ТЗ (лазер, лентопил), обоснование распределения операций по экономике. Организация участка раскроя: посты, оснастка, контроль геометрии и допусков. Формирование базы знаний: регламенты и чек‑листы по входному контролю, ВИК, сварке, окраске, раскрою. Организация аттестаций персонала (с фиксацией результатов и планом устранения пробелов). - Этап 3 (6 12 месяцев): стабильность, команда и подготовка к робосварке. Стабилизация допусков и геометрии под робосварку, техкарты под робота (последовательность швов, контроль деформаций). Создание внутреннего резерва кадров: минимум 1 обученный сменный мастер/наставник. Актуализация базы знаний не реже 1 раза в квартал. Снижение отходов и брака, контроль себестоимости по полному циклу (раскрой сварка - окраска). Ежедневные задачи: Контролировать качество (ВИК, геометрия, допуски, сварные швы), входной контроль и учет отходов/возвратки. Обеспечивать полный комплект первичных документов по каждому заказу и переделу (акт входного контроля, карта раскроя, наряд, журнал ВИК) и передачу в бухгалтерию. Обосновывать расхождения план/факта расхода сырья и материалов

Опыт запуска участков или перестройки техпроцессов (обязательно - примеры с цифрами: снижение отходов/брака, сроки запуска). Практический опыт в металлообработке: резка (ленточнопильные станки, лазер), сварка (полуавтомат и др.), подготовка и окраска; понимание влияния техпроцесса на себестоимость и сроки. Базовое понимание экономики раскроя и принципов бережливого производства: лазер/лентопил, коэффициент раскроя, карты раскроя, минимизация обрезков. Уверенное чтение чертежей: размеры, допуски, обозначения сварных швов (ГОСТ 2.312), технические требования; умение выявлять риски исполнимости до запуска. Понимание сквозного учета: программы раскроя техкарта 1С (опыт выгрузки/интеграции, либо четкое понимание процесса реализации). Уверенное владение 1С на уровне производственного контура (либо готовность к обучению и постановке работы), Знание нормативов по охране труда и промышленной безопасности, опыт организации входного и операционного контроля, аттестации персонала. Техническое образование, готовность к работе на производственной площадке, высокая степень самостоятельности при неопределенности на старте. Умение формализовать процессы: регламенты, чек‑листы, инструкции, критерии брака. Знание и практическое применение профильных нормативов
