Организовывает работу по кадровому планированию, рациональной расстановке и использованию персонала ОСО. 2.2. Ведет табель учета рабочего времени на сотрудников ОСО и своевременно передает его в бухгалтерию. 2.3. Составляет графики сменности на сотрудников ОСО и своевременно передает их в отдел кадров. 2.4. Составляет графики отпусков сотрудников ОСО на год, предоставляет его на согласование главной медицинской сестре (при ее отсутствии заместителю главного врача по медицинской части) и своевременно передает согласованные графики в отдел кадров. 2.5. Отвечает за правильное распределение кадров, своевременное замещение персонала, не вышедшего на работу. 2.6. Организовывает деятельность сотрудников, находящихся в его подчинении, контролирует выполнение должностных обязанностей сотрудниками, находящихся в подчинении. 2.7. Хранит документацию (паспорта, руководство по эксплуатации, свидетельства о проверке) на оборудование и ТМЦ, закрепленное за ОСО. 2.8. Планирует потребности ОСО в дезинфицирующих, моющих, чистящих средствах, стирального порошка, в уборочном инвентаре: оборудовании, салфетках, мопах и других расходных материалах. 2.9. Внедряет новые технологии уборки. 2.10. Способствует созданию условий для качественной профессиональной уборки: 2.10.1. Разрабатывает технологические карты по уборке помещений. 2.10.2. Регулярно проводит инструктажи по технологии уборки и использованию дезинфицирующих и моющих средств. 2.11. Осуществляет контроль за работой сотрудников ОСО, в том числе: 2.11.1. за качеством технологического процесса уборки с соблюдением режимов уборки в зависимости от категории помещения; 2.11.2. за уборкой и сохранностью уборочного инвентаря в службах ОГАУЗ Колпашевская РБ, где введена клининговая система уборки, в том числе выполняемая санитарками отделения, проверяет наличие маркировки; 2.11.3. за своевременной подачей и выполнением заявок на ремонт и замену мебели, оборудования, мягкого инвентаря комендантами ОСО; 2.11.4. за своевременным и качественным ведением документации, анализирует документацию отражающую деятельность персонала ОСО; 2.11.5. за соблюдением сотрудниками службы лечебно-охранительного режима работы в отделениях ОГАУЗ Колпашевская РБ; 2.11.6. за движением спецодежды, обеспечением подразделений хозяйственным инвентарем, моющими, дезинфицирующими средствами, одноразовыми пакетами для сбора отходов класса А и Б, бельем. 2.12. Организовывает надлежащий учет и контроль за выдачей работникам средств индивидуальной защиты.
