технологический скаутинг (поиск, изучение и анализ передовых научно-технических достижений, современного оборудования и технологий (в первую очередь на китайском рынке); участие в составлении технико-экономических обоснований (ТЭО) целесообразности закупки и внедрения конкретных китайских автоматизированных комплексов; разработка подробных технических заданий для поставщиков оборудования, инженеров-конструкторов и отдела автоматизации; руководство проектом внедрения новой техники от этапа разгрузки до подписания акта ввода в эксплуатацию; координация совместной работы внутренних служб цеха (наладчиков, техников, слесарей); разработка программ и методик испытаний (ПМИ) для проверки соответствия параметров закупленного оборудования заявленным в контракте характеристикам; организация и проведение опытных варок/сборок/прогонов на новых линиях, фиксация технологических режимов; анализ причин отклонений, брака или сбоев при первых пусках; совместная с инженерами по автоматизации корректировка алгоритмов работы китайских систем; мониторинг ключевых показателей работы новой линии до момента достижения стабильной плановой производительности; разработка новых и корректировка действующих технологических инструкций, карт пооперационного контроля и регламентов работы на китайском оборудовании; расчет и утверждение новых временных и постоянных норм расхода сырья, материалов, электроэнергии и трудозатрат на единицу продукции для внедренной технологии.
