The posting

- осуществлять от лица технического заказчика технический надзор за выполнением строительно-монтажных работ и приемку работ и объектов строительства, законченных подрядными организациями; - проверять соответствие объемов строительно-монтажных работ, а также конструкций, утвержденных проектно-сметной документацией, рабочими чертежами, строительными нормами и правилами, стандартами, тех.условиями; - в соответствии с условиями муниципальных контрактов и в установленные сроки проверять и подписывать формы КС 2, КС 3, акты оказания услуг у подрядных организаций, выполнять экспертизу принимаемых объёмов работ (услуг), готовить мотивированные отказы в форме письма, ЕиС; - оформлять акты приемки законченных строительством (реконструкции, капитальным ремонтом) объектов (по форме КС -11, КС-14) - составлять, проверять, подписывать акты на дополнительные строительно-монтажные работы; - подготавливать и передавать в органы исполнительной власти пакеты документов в соответствии с Градостроительным кодексом РФ для оформления разрешения на строительство; - извещать органы государственного строительного надзора о сроках начала и окончания строительных работ на объекте; - осуществлять контроль наличия и правильности ведения исполнительной документации подрядных организаций при подготовке объекта к сдаче в эксплуатацию; - проверять, систематизировать проектную и исполнительную документацию для предъявления на плановые и стоговые проверки Комитета государственного строительного надзора Правительства Хабаровского края; - изучать причины, вызывающие срывы сроков и ухудшения качества строительно-монтажных работ, принимать меры по их предупреждению и устранению;

-градостроительное законодательство РФ, законодательные акты, постановления. Распоряжения, приказы, нормативные правовые документы, регламентирующие градостроительную деятельность; - технологию и организацию строительного производства, способы ведения строительно-монтажных работ; - требования строительных норм и правил, технических регламентов, ГОСТов, Сводов правил при производстве строительно-монтажных работ; -технологические условия и графики выполнения строительно-монтажных работ; -привила ведения и приемки исполнительной документации в строительстве; - порядок приемки объектов, законченных строительством (реконструкцией) и методы контроля их качества.
